所有網絡遊戲企業僅可在周五、周六、周日和法定節假日的每日20時至21時，向未成年人提供1小時服務。
不得以任何形式（含遊客體驗模式）向未實名註冊和登錄的用戶提供遊戲服務；加強對防止未成年人沈迷網絡遊戲有關措施落實情況的監督檢查；積極引導家庭、學校等社會各方面切實承擔監護守護職責。
