The insured shall carefully inspect and review all the contracts, documents, vouchers and certificates in connection with the impletmentation of the Loan Agreement, and when the insured comes to the awareness of any situation that may adversely effect or prevent the impletmentation of the Loan Agreement, the insured shall take prompt and timely remedial actions and shall notify the insurer of such situation and the results of the actions timely.
被保方應當仔細驗看所有與貸款協議的執行有關的合同，文件，擔保函以及證件，當被保方意識到任何可能阻止對貸款協議的執行或對其不利的情況時，被保方應當采取及時措施，且應就該情況以及所采取措施的後果及時通知承保方。
